With a massive 58 points of external adjustment, including 14-stage low speed compression, 22-stage high speed compression, and 22-stage rebound, these shocks give you the flexibility to fine-tune ride quality in seconds. Whether you’re chasing plush comfort on touring tracks or dialling in control for high-speed off-road racing, you’re always in command. Built around a large 2.5" monotube body with a finned alloy remote reservoir, these shocks stay cooler for longer under extreme conditions. Internally, they feature billet alloy pistons, a velocity-sensitive shim stack, and a floating piston to separate oil and nitrogen, this ensures consistent damping, minimal fade, and long service life. From the 22mm hard chrome shaft to the anodised billet fittings and natural rubber bushes, every component is engineered to perform in the harshest environments. Fully rebuildable and revalvable, they’re not just a high-end replacement, they are built to grow with your setup.
High and Low Speed Compression Adjustment
Fine tune your 4WD with massive range of adjustment, our 3 Way adjusters feature 14 low speed compression adjustments, and 22 High speed adjustments. The compression adjustors are effortlessly changed using the two rotating knobs on the Remote Reservoir. Whether you want a plush, comfortable ride or a firmer, more controlled setup, you can make the switch in seconds.
22 Stage Rebound Adjustment
The 22-stage rebound adjustor gives you precise control over how quickly your suspension returns after compressing, critical for maintaining traction, stability, and ride quality across varying terrain. Whether you are tackling technical rocky sections, high-speed tracks, or fully loaded touring, being able to slow down or speed up the rebound rate allows you to fine-tune how the vehicle settles between bumps. This level of adjustment helps reduce body roll, prevents bouncing or harsh top-out, and ensures your tyres stay planted for maximum control. With 22 positions to choose from, you can dial in your suspension to suit your exact driving style and conditions.
60mm High Performance Piston
Manufactured for serious performance, The Superior 3 Way Adjustable 2.5 Monotube Remote Reservoir Shocks feature a robust 60mm Teflon-coated piston. with race-inspired port configurations It delivers vehicle-specific damping performance whilst maintaining optimum ride quality and smooth operation. The piston works in conjunction with a composite Teflon wear band that offers low internal resistance and high compressive strength. Additionally, the sophisticated velocity sensing valve stack automatically adjusts to changing driving conditions, ensuring superior ride quality and improved handling.
Remote Reservoir Design
The external reservoir significantly increases oil volume and improves heat dissipation, ensuring consistent damping performance over long, demanding drives. Inside the reservoir, an internal floating piston (IFP) keeps the shock oil and nitrogen gas separate, eliminating cavitation and foaming to prevent shock fade and maintain reliable, predictable control. For added versatility and ease of fitment, each reservoir is connected via a dual-core stainless braid hydraulic hose, paired with dual O-ring swivel fittings. This setup allows for flexible routing and adjustment, making installation easier across a wide range of vehicle configurations.
Hard Chrome Plated Shock Shaft
All Superior 3 Way Adjustable 2.5 Monotube Remote Reservoir Shocks feature a highly polished trivalent chromium plated 22mm steel shock shaft. Specifically designed for long-lasting durability, increased hardness, and resistance to corrosion. It guarantees optimal performance and an extended lifespan.
Nitrogen Gas Charged
The Remote Reservoir Shocks are Nitrogen Gas charged to minimize cavitation during high-speed oscillations typically encountered in off-road conditions, making sure the shock is reliable in performance and stability.
